| Re: getting shot I was laying on my bed listening to Atom Heart Mother, and looking at my posters of Bob Marley. I got to thinking what does it feel like to get shot. He got shot and lived thank be to god. I imagine it hurts. I don't know anyone who has ever been shot, well I am sure if i asked around long enough i could find someone. But since i am wierd I am asking everyone here. I once had my shoulder operated on, and could not keep any pain killers in my system because i was allergic to the anestetic, so i could feel all the incisions and that hurt, I have always wondered if that is what it feels like to get shot. please someone if you have been shot explain what it feels like and anything else that may be iteresting

| Re: getting shot Can't say I've ever been shot before. Though I'll have to double check...wait, yeah, never been shot. I'd imagine it'd hurt quite bad, also, pending on *where* you got shot. But, I also imagine you'd get over it after a while, being either dead, unconscious or in shock. But all together you'd cope with it eventually. Love, `Me` |

| Re: getting shot well, i know that not being shot is a favorable thing in my opinion. I think no one being shot on this forum is a good thing. Good job Floyd fans, dodging 'dem bullets! *high fives all around* |

| Re: getting shot You'd have to have contact with a medium who would contact a person who has been shot to get the real lowdown on it. It would be a bit wierd though. I think it would be a shooting pain, then a feeling of calm as you go into the Great Beyond. |

| Re: getting shot I think Barrett Fan meant what it would be like if one were shot...and lived. :smile: I'd say it must hurt more than a root canal but possibly less than a non-anaesthetised limb amputation. "Shooting pain"  Just FYI, I thought the whole topic was bloody sick, but what the hell do I know? :grin:
