Timeless Pink Floydium

Greetings, rad rabbits and cool cats.
I'll admit. I'm pretty beered out right now. Had my share of the pleasureful substances and what not.

I can't believe Pink Floyd Fan Network still exists!

Things have been pretty crazy in my life. I used to say some real stupid shit on here as a 14 year old.

I'm 22 now. I know that's not incredibly old but I can say a lot has changed (although I may get online and say some stupid shit) and right now, I came here on a whim and realized the eery consistency of this site that holds a good place in my memory and being.
When life goes up and down, you come to APFFN and realize that you had the whole APFFN phase and for a time you thought about these characters in your real life. APFFN will always be there, with all your posts stored and the memories alive!

Anyhow, just peeping my head in. Who's still around being groovy? fixxlevy? rob thomas and his best friend? Anakin? Shit, that guy joined the army.

Here's some music I've been working on.

Peace,
Joe G.

Re: Timeless Pink Floydium

fixxy shows up from time to time - lots of changes in his life, too. BoaB, Sydney, and others still visit...but not like the golden days of the site. Social Networking has taken over for keeping up with the Floydians...

Good to hear from you!

Brian

Re: Timeless Pink Floydium

I'm still here at the All Pink Floyd Fan Network Retirement Home! I go on the computer when Matron isn't around. This is usually late on at night, when we have our cocoa and biscuits, and just before she comes round and tucks us all into bed. We have six beds in our dormitory. Right beside the window is Gerald the Mouse ( we call him Gerbil the Blouse( tee hee). Across from him is Dave Fulgham. He's a sad case ever since he was playing with his handgun under the bed covers...blood everywhere and he has been singing soprano ever since....poor bugger Then there's BOAB...keeps wittering on about being a bus driver...he goes round everyones bed asking for fares. That empty bed belongs to young Fixxy...we call him young but he's really 72...I suppose that is young compared to some of us.......anyway he knotted his bed covers together and climbed out the window. I got a postcard once with a view of Abergavenny in South Wales and a man shearing a sheep...he didn't sign it but I knew it was from him. I can't remember who's in the other bed ...stays under the bedcovers ...we know he's still alive as he keeps farting at regular intervals. Anyway I hope this helps. Good night.....Oh yes,I've remembered...it's Dr Cheese!!

A little birdy tells me that the fixxster may have escaped with his purposes set on spawning a brood of young fixxies, which will surely run riot and invade this very website in some fifteen years' time!
