Meaning of Hey You

Hello guys!!! My name is mark and I'm new here!!!

One of my favourite songs is Hey You, but i can't understand the meaning... Can anyone help me?
Pink Floyd is my best band, but i can't understand them...

As you're probably aware, The Wall was inspired by the disasterous final 1977 In The Flesh concert in Montreal where Rog got so disgusted with the audience for shooting fireworks, fights, yelling and various other distractions he ended up spitting in a fan's face among other things.

I think the meaning of Hey You is fairly self-explanatory. In the live performances of The Wall, when "Hey You" starts, the wall is complete, and the band is totally isolated from the audience behind it. So the song is Roger/Pink, now isolated, calling out literally to see if the audience is still there, still listening, paying attention, or has their interest totally waned? (standing in the aisles, with itchy feet and fading smiles,---------breaking bottles in the hall, etc.)
The audience of course is analogous to Pink's home, his life, wife, family, and friends, from whom he has become completely isolated behind his wall. He finally realizes he has only harmed himself by his isolation but feels helpless to regain contact with the outside world because of his wall which now makes escape seem impossible.

Or something like that.

I am from Geece and i don't understand English very well, but i see what you mean... I am 15 years old and it is difficult for me to understand the main meaning. Also, I saw the movie ''The Wall'', and I was much more confused, lol. My dad says to me that everyone has their own conclusions, if you understand.
