Roger Waters - Athens Wall show announced

This afternoon, the Roger Waters Wall concert in Greece has been announced. The show takes place on Friday, July 8th at the OAKA Arena/Olympic Indoor Hall in Athens, Greece (http://www.brain-damage.co.uk/2011-w...-athens-g.html), and tickets go onsale on Tuesday, May 10th, through Tickethouse (http://www.tickethouse.gr/) and online through Ticketpro (http://www.ticketpro.gr/). Roger's management have advised that this show is being filmed and recorded. As a result they are making it clear that all cameras and all mobile phones are strictly forbidden and will not be admitted to the venue. They point out that the use of flash from cameras and phones will have a catastrophic impact on the projected images on the Wall and consequently on the quality of the filming. This is an extremely serious issue. The actual recording is not the problem; it is the use of flash. Constant flashing from members of the audience totally destroys the images projected on the Wall and this means that the filming of this concert will be a failure .
