Looking for a song/album was told it was PF, not sure

Back in high school (20 some years ago) and when I was deep into PF (DSM and after) my theater teacher did some relaxation exercise to a thunderstorm. I asked her what I was, and she said Pink Floyd, I think she said Saucerful of Secrets, but I don't remember. I later bought that and Piper looking for the track but I never found it. Did my perception warp over time? Is it PF at all?

As far as I recall, there is no thunderstorm in any Pink Floyd song. However, you might want to check "Echoes", in the Meddle album. Although it doesn't feature any thunderstorm, it's a long piece that some find quite relaxing and I could see it being used as part of a relaxation exercise.

My best guess is that what you were listening to was 'An Electric Storm' by White Noise. Released in the early 1970's on the Island label. If it wasn't that I'll eat my pink hat...!
