Does anyone know where I could find the video the boys used during the live song? The live version from Cleveland 1971 has a pause in the middle of the song. The crowd seems to enjoy and laugh at whatever they are watching.

It's not a video you're hearing; at that point in the song the band paused and let a quadrophonic (a type of surround-sound) tape, with those footsteps and crashes on it, play its way around the auditorium. On some nights, the effect it produced was said to be uncannily like hearing someone loudly traverse the entire building... hence the appreciative laughter and applause prompted by the band's cleverness. Wouldn't make for interesting viewing, however.
