What is the sample in 'In The Flesh?' at beginning?

The song 'In the Flesh?' has a really good short sample at the beginning of the song that sounds something like a guitar, an accordion, and a flute. Does 'Anybody Out There' know what this song is? I would really appreciate it.

It's from the song "Outside the Wall". The actual instruments are mandolin, concertina and clarinet.

the album opens with:".....we came in" and the quiet music.
the album ends with: "This is where..."
So technically, the album never ends!
It goes around in a circle forever. Or it could with the right equipment.
