I think it is. About Face has Near The End and some more tracks without the horrible eighties arrangement (like in Until We Sleep), Radio KAOS has very good songs like Four Minutes, The Tide Is Turning, plus most of the songs would be VERY good if re-recorded now. This is a fantastic theory, but I really think songs like Home or Sunset Strip have big potential. A little snippet of how would I imagine this can be heard if you have a bootleg from In The Flesh 1999, where Powers That Be was performed in a fantastic rocking version. Some of the songs on Zee have potential, but it is the weakest and most eighties-influenced album related to Pink Floyd. As much as I enjoy almost everything done by PF, I have not enjoyed about half of Zee.
