Question Studio recordings of Raving & Drooling and You Gotta Be Crazy???

Hi There, i´m just wonder if there were any studio recordings of Raving & Drooling and You gotta be crazy. I got live versions of them but not studio. Someone out there knows were I can find them???

The answer is "nowhere" because there are no studio recordings for RAD and GBC. AT that time they used to perform new songs live and record them subsequently, often changing the title. It's the same for "The return of the son of nothing"/"Echoes". They performed both songs during the 1974 tour, they considered recording them for Wish You Were Here but they changed their plans. During the Animals sessions at Britannia Row they recorded the songs changing and improving them accordingly to the concept of the album.

Thanx, I got both of them on a live performance in 75, called Pink Floyd - Scaceball Ricocheet, with not the best of sound quality, but now i know, NO Studio recordings, thanx again

hey carlwick if you want some with better sound try to find the roio "echoes in the garden" it has great sound quality.

I have to agree with thorin about "Echoes in the Garden". One of the finest quality RoIO's I've heard. If you can find it, get it. It's in my top 10 list of RoIO's any Floydian must have!!! this little guy is so funny!!

I believe that guy on the left is Gerald Scarfe, who animated the Floyd tours in '77, the Wall film, and The Wall shows.
