Please read these and then post your comments. Thanks!

(Through The Broken Window)

I suppose crime isn't all that wrong
Ever since he came along
I have friends who've started to follow him
They've all been broken in
To wear steel toe boots
And cast their shadows on each house
Under rumbling thunder and electric lightning

I suppose love isn't all that hard
Ever since Satan joined the guard
I have memories of being pushed aside
In strict accord and casual stride
And watching them march past the gutter
Down to the next victim

I suppose my thoughts are lost on the ones who are left
The shop has been closed and the paint has been stripped
A slow lonely death has plagued this barren homeland
So I must hope for a helping hand
To carry me out
---------------------------------------------
(Julia Judas)

Dragonflies pass by the skies
And spark a charm in Julia's eyes
She glances back at shark attacks
And moves toward throbbing hearts on racks
Ms. Julia Judas chooses the flutist
And clutches her fame so she can prove it
The morning dew pierces through the hues
And freezes Julia Judas blue
---------------------------------------------
(Untitled)

A jet stream of air forged its way across the United States
Brushing up against the cornfields and swaying the trees in modest
The farmer standing by his tractor felt a cool breeze grace his sweaty face in Ohio
And sighed in content and love for what was before him
The woman by the open window in the highway donut shop in the barren Texas desert
Savored this blessed relief
The scorching temperature in Mr. Danzel's black car in Northern California
Was lowered for a few sacred seconds

Within an hour 300 million light headed and demented individuals walked amongst each other
Hazed and drugged up and intoxicated by their misfortunes
A family in Kentucky made a failed attempt to sit down to supper
But could not find their seats
Wall Street was a pile of squirming bodies
Colliding and clumsily trying to escape
Traffic pileups plagued the thruways
Every professional pilot lost control of his steel bird
And thousands died by the minute

Lady lucifer hovered above the Alantic, exhaling continuously
Bringing on the genocide of Modern America
Then inhaled the power that was now destroyed
And dove into the worldwide lagoon
Laughter echoing throughout the waters

Re: Please read these "poems"

I really like the poems that you wrote. They are very moving. I would like to hear FloydWright's opinions on these as well because he has also written some great poetry.
