A fine job has been done by Acoustic Sounds, and also by StormStudios, with the disc contained in a book-style package, with a number of images - click the thumbnail to the left. During the weekend of October 14th -16th, the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest, in Denver, Colorado, held a very special, and exclusive event - a preview presentation, on top quality equipment, hosted by James Guthrie.
