| another pointless question from me ok first open the pic i attached. i was wondering if anyone could tell me the proper name for the thing around his neck. its not just a scarf or a tie is it? does it have a certain name. i've seen many people wearing these and i have no idea what to call them. thank you for putting up with this question.
