Since the question asks who my favorite member is, then I have to say Syd Barrett. He is intriguing and certainly the most interesting to me. Obviously, he must have been very interesting to the others as well as so many of their songs dealt with Syd. I do believe that Dave is the most talented member and probably the best rock guitarist IMO.

Waters, baby. Although I'm not exactly sure why sometimes... No, seriously, I think he's a brilliant songwriter, and there's just something about his work that intrigues me. Although I do love all the other geezers too! (I must admit, however, that I have never heard Bob Klose and as such cannot weigh in on that one.)

Actually, Klose was a member of Blues Anonymous first, then a member of Leonard's Lodgers, and indeed a member of the first incarnations of "The Pink Floyd". He was not a member of Sigma 6.

if you ever seen that documentary about syd and the floyd, I don't remember how it's called, there's some bits about Klose and he even talks about the band when he was part of it. he said something like "they only needed me to get out of the band to get some success". or something like that. I'd have to watch it to be sure.

BTW, I have a very comprehensive flow chart of the bands / musicians who interacted in the Pink Floyd galaxy. It's from "The Amazing Pudding" Fanzine, issue #50, a 'must' for any serious PF historian. I was going to post it, but it's too large.
