Re: new album?

ummm.. sorry to break it to you.. you're a bit behind with the times here.. but there's just NO chance of a new album.. bout the same chance as that of them touring again. Live with what you have, and come to think of it, if they were to write anything like TDB again, we're better off without a new album.

cheers

Re: new album?

According to the most recent interviews, Nick Mason stated that basically it's all down to David Gilmour: if he wants, Pink Floyd will work again. Nothing more, nothing less.

Re: new album?

We've been told that Roger, Dave and Rick are in the midst of recording new solo albums. But no word on when (if ever) they're going to be finished. I would imagine that a new Pink Floyd album seeing release in the interim would be impossible.

Re: new album?

Yeah I've heard about the new solo stuff, Rick seems to be making some genuine progress to getting it ready for next year, but Gilmour well do the words PULSE DVD mean anything

Re: new album?

Yes, they do:

PULSE DVD (puhls dee-vee-dee): n. Object in an indeterminate state of cosmic flux; a perpetually delayed official Pink Floyd release with a plethora of shady imitators. From the acronyms "Digital Video Disc" and "Pretty Uninspired Light Show, Essentially."

That's very funny but did you ever see the light show "in the flesh" as it were?

Re: new album?

I can't wait to curl up with the DVD in front of a roaring flat screen television.
