It was 'The Island of Doctor Moreau'. I'd been fired from my directorial duties and actually reintegrated myself into the film as one of the dog-like experimentals wandering about. You probably sussed me by the birthmark. Right?

Or was it the 2 hands shaking tattooed on my penis?
