With Ron Geesin, a soundtrack (re-recorded). Only four of the tracks have vocals, all done by Waters. These songs are reminiscient of "If"; the rest of the album is a bit like the weirder parts of the "Atom Heart Mother" suite.
According to the book "The Pink Floyd: In the Flesh", Roger was working on this project, and needed a band. As the other Pink Floyd members were on holiday he called them to play as session musicians.
