 Amused To Death book Hello, I'm new here. I registered today to post this question: I have heard there is a BOOK called "Amused To Death" by Roger Waters - yes, by the man himself; I am not talking about the book "Amusing ourselves to death" that inspired the album. So, does any of you know what is inside this book? Something like an essay by Roger about the topics of the album? Something like a making-of? Something completely different? Or at least is there a source on the internet that could help me there? Thanks a lot.
