As long as you're not offended, matey. You've kept me grounded on occasion (and for the right reasons) so, you know, 'well met' and all that

Re: Theory (or prophecy...) of Pink Floyd in 2003

Yeah, I'll make the occasional reference to a god and what not, but usually just in classic expressions that I'm just proned to using. I can't really think of any ways in which god could be related to Pink Floyd other than in theory or interpretation of lyric. I think the forum would run a lot more smoothly without religious wars, and perhaps society could take a lesson from that But, then again, people can believe whatever they like and I'm not about to shun them for it.

I'm not playing the blame game.

Yeah, well, I feel that people took my words out of context and not necessarily understanding my purpose. I don't mean to alienate anything, nor were my intentions to start a war. Honestly, all I was saying was my opinion on something and how people shouldn't really change anything like they have been, and people seem to have thought I was going out saying, "Damn you all to hell. You must worship the almighty God for if you don't, you're going to hell." Honestly, if you were to actually understand my words and intentions, there never would have been any of this damned, needless arguing. It just seems people took things to a place they shouldn't have. Don't get me wrong though, I could have just stopped talking about anything and it would have eventually died off (which is what I should have done) and things would have been fine. But who's to deny I love an argument too much? Anyways, regardless of public opinion, I'm no more of a person, or less guilty of anything as the rest of you. So no one should play supremacy games. I feel that people who believe that everyone is underneath them already suffer from their own set of issues (and don't start an argument over that). And besides, don't go off and say, "...at least lucifersamradio didn't start an argument about it," Do you honestly think that's a sweet thing to say?

Finally, your answer to my previous quote, "money," is a good answer. However, they aren't really in a grand need for it, as I've heard some of the members say.

And finally, I request that you leave the angel smilies in the chat room. I mean, I feel that they shouldn't be removed. The most reasonable alternative is just to overlook them, you don't want me to request the devil one be removed do you? Do this as a favor to a fellow Floydian.
Cheers,
lucifersamradio

Re: Theory (or prophecy...) of Pink Floyd in 2003

well, I think we all just took things a little beyond the necessary limit of arguing for the sake of arguing. And I don't think taking it to the point of removing smilies is the answer Print is just so easily misinterpreted.

Re: Theory (or prophecy...) of Pink Floyd in 2003

you know i think this is all just stupid, i dont see why this thing about the pledge is so aggrivating, i myself am an athiest and if were saying the pledge at my school i just skip the undergod part, plus i just ignore the religious people because I believe their wrong, but you know what they say theres no pleaseing (sp?) everyone, so just stop talking about it, and get back on the subject, and after about six pages about this religeous crap im not surprised if any of you forgot what it was about

Re: Theory (or prophecy...) of Pink Floyd in 2003

you don't have to be on drugs to have a short attention span. Atheist, huh? that must be exhausting.
