To tell you the truth, I voted for More because that is the only Floyd soundtrack that I am familiar with.

I know a lot of the people on here have recommended Obscured by Clouds to me, and I went to the mall to buy it... but, lo and behold, they have 5 copies of The Final Cut, and maybe the same amount of Wish You Were Here, but not ONE copy of Obscured by Clouds! So I bought Radiohead's OK Computer and David Bowie's new album instead. I just wish that I could have boughten OBC at the same time as those great albums.

Back onto the original topic... I like More because, in the light of Piper, Saucerful, and Ummagumma, More is so simple. And to see Pink Floyd in a simple mode makes for good music, I think.

I voted for OBC. I still marvel that the boys slammed this little gem out in 10 days.

I like More too, it's almost toss-up---and, Frankly, I haven't listened to the other selections. I'm sure there is some great stuff there.

I voted for Obscured by Clouds also. Ebay has a number of copies on auction, some starting at $0.99 :o .

That's what you get for going to the mall!

Yeah, obscure indy-rock-centric record stores are definitely the way to go... you know, the ones that have bargain basements full of old Stones singles on vinyl and amazingly rare stuff like that. Those are the best places. The mall, on the other hand.... I guess if you're looking for the latest Limp Bizkit CD then you're in luck. Ugh.

Um...with that avatar, shouldn't you be called GeraldThePanda?

Having only one vote, of course, I voted for OBC. If I had multiple choices, it would have been OBC and MORE...of course.

But then you couldn't call me "mouseboy," and I'd feel all lonely and stuff.

Maybe I should let you call me "pandaboy" for a while and then change my avatar so everyone, upon retrospectively reading your posts, will assume you are insane.

True. But I had already assumed everyone had already assumed I was already insane.

I vote ObC--but it's not because More isn't a worthy competitor.

More is a fantastic album, but I vote Zabriskie Point - extended version obviously - because it's an overlooked gem.
