| Sarah, I am not debating history, simply your perception of it. The Doors were a great band in my opinion, but they were not huge. His popularity is a myth created by the fact that he died at such a young age, after such a volatile life. They were a club house band, perhaps the biggest and best club in LA but still a house band. Yes they had 2 number #1 singles, but that is nothing really. They were not a huge draw, compared to other acts at the time. As for today's radio industry being corrupted, ever hear of payola? Gerald: Just because I don't see eye to eye with Sarah doesn't mean I am upset. I could care less if she agrees with me or not, just talking, and if no one agrees, so what? No worse for wear.

| They had 2 #1 songs and 6 gold records. Floyd is one of the biggest selling bands ever, with minimal radio play. Phish, until they broke, solt every show with no radio play, unless you count the occasional college station.
