Jesus Christ! I couldn't help laughing at the "...firm young buttocks..." part. Why? Because I had a strange vision of some british bloke (once again) saying that. If anyone here knows "Men Behaving Badly", that british comedy serie, thats exactly what they would say. HAHAHAHA! I've looked at Britney many times, especially on the Britney in Cannes video when she climbs up that pole and...and....ROAR! Now my tigers broke free!

Have you ever talked to a woman without having to give your credit card number?

*Suffocating to death* Do you know how hard it is sometimes for me to buy beer from the local market? Having said that, one might think a little differently... and about women, I think I'm doing pretty fine at the moment without credit card, or credit card numbers.

To recap:

Britney Spears is alright-looking... I think Christina Aguilara (sic.) looks better.

Jennifer Aniston is HOT - I don't care what anyone says.

Popular music these days has gone to crap - but there is always good music around somewhere... look underground.

Other attractive women include the singer from that great group Portishead, Beth Gibbons.

I hate it when I type out a long response, and it gets lost when the server is busy.

David Bowie rules.

eh, Christina Aguilera has a better voice than Britney Spears...but she just can't dance very sexy-like. She looked like a chicken in the "Lady Marmalade" video.

Britney's voice is more seductive Okay enough of Britney, back to the topic. No wait, Britney is "new music". Is there any solution to this horrible topic cycle?

I can't see how any of you people bother watching the videos. I don't watch the videos, I don't care when they expose themselves, I don't care that much about celebrities except when they make good music/movies.

Major labels decided a long time ago that real talent is hard to mold and control so they made stars out of the lightweights. Or their very own average children.

Listening to Queens of the Stone Age right now. Sounds fine.
I just now got to this. I am with you here. I blame the music industry. It's not that talent has diminished...it's the way the Machine treats artists--especially the truly good ones, shoving them aside for silly "pop" stars and empty "American Idols". I think you're right. Small and independent is the way to go.
