Well, yes, cheese has the right idea, and I'm not big on labels either, BUT.. the things that I've heard that have been labeled "emo" aren't really all that fantastic.. so I'm drawing a wide generalisation here.. as well as the "hardcore" I refer to..

New Noise, it's actually not my local scene, a lot of this stuff is stuff I've had to hunt down through internet site and small american labels..

Speaking of which, I got The Widow picture disc today at this record fair.. man is it sexy!
