"Bridge" off the Promised Land album reminds me of the poignant relationship between you and yo' daddy, Byron. As long as you are doing the Q-R thing, "Hear in the Now Frontier" still had Chris DeGarmo in the group, lending his Floyd influences. By the time Q-R did "Q2K", DeGarmo was gone. | Even though this has been done before (more than once) here goes: They Might Be Giants-- pre- Malcom in the Middle Tool Radiohead Tom Petty Brother Where Art Thou Soundtrack (so I like Bluegrass, what of it?) Metallica (before they sounded like Live rip-offs) Tom Petty Eminem (so I like rap, what of it?) Some Elvis tunes (but not many) That guy that died, I can't remember his name, but he was black and sang the blues, and he was in the Blues Brother movie, but not Cab Calloway (though he's not bad either) Guns N Roses The Pet Shop Boys (so I like outdated dance music, what of it?) Wyclef Jean (I told you I like rap) That Sigur Rios album that fixxy shoved down our throats Coldplay A whole bunch of others that I can't think of right now. |

| did you see they might be giants on conan like a couple of months ago? that was odd. |

| Why is that odd? They are on at least twice a year, they are called in whenever a musical guest bails out for whatever reason. |

| From Guns N' Roses I'd recommend "Estranged". One of the best songs I've ever heard |
