| Greetings! About 24 years ago (Lord has it been that long?) I bought Crackers on vinyl. It's different. It came as a boxed set. The cover is different. Instead of the winged woman, there is simply a cracker box with "Pink Floyd" where the cracker brand name should be. In the upper left hand corner there'e the classic Nabisco trademark with the word Nabisco replaced by "TAKRL". The LP's have blank solid white labels and white sleeves. The set was definitely new but the side numbers were hand written on the sleeves (ONE, TWO, THREE, etc.). I was kinda thinking this might be an early pressing or something. Does anyone recognize this description and do you have any additional info on the set? Thanks! Skeeter |

| Re: crackers question If I am not mistaken from searching Google, Crackers is a RoIO. TAKRL has something to do with the catalogue number, it appears, and was probably on all of them (just guessing, of course). I can't explain the handwritten numbers, though. But if you put Crackers and TAKRL into Google, you might start finding useful links...

| Thanks all! Thanks for the kind welcome Piper. Thorin, that info was exactly what I was after. Boxed set released in '84. Strange to use a nice box and then leave the labels blank. Thanks Again, Dan |
