There are three guitars. One six string acoustic, one twelve string acoustic, and one six string electric. There is also an electric bass, which is not a guitar.

Do you have a source on this?
Dave plays the electric lead and Lee Rinetour plays at least one guitar. the 12 string I'd imagine.
Roger play the other?

I don't know who played what, it's just what the offical tab book says.

Ok.
So is the 12 string played along with the acoustic 6 string on the rhythm. I always thought I heard 2 guitars.

I believe the electric only shows up for the solo.

I didn't think it was Roger on the original version of Pigs. The bass lines in that are a bit too funky to be Roger (there's some slap bass in there).

There's no slap bass. It's a flanger pedal.

There are not all the credits on the album, okay? I mean where are Peter Wood and Bob Ezrin on keyboards? They certainly did most of the playing since Rick Wright was lacking interest due to his growing coke addiction. Neither Jeff Porcaro is credited, though he played on In The Flesh.
