| Another tab issue... Me again. Hopefully I'm not the only one with these problems, as I'll feel like a real bastard if I'm reporting these things because of my browser (as is, however, the problems are fairly new, all was fine initially after the switch). However, now that double-spacing has been fixed, I'm noticing some formatting issues. Namely, all multiple spacing has been removed. i.e., the parsing has been done wrong. Instead of now having, say, a dozen spaces between chord changes in Sheep like there should be, there is only one space between each chord. And the spacing between the chord-naming over the tab of said chord. This leads me to believe that the parser somehow messed up, and has removed said spaces. Would it be possible to have this fixed? Or, say, a simple solution to me would be to have a "text only" part of the site especially for tabs, since they are so format-dependent. Or, if you have the originals that have been unaltered, maybe post them for download? Either way is fine, whatever you decide to do that fixes it. I'll check with another browser later to see if it is only mine. I do hate to keep complaining, but the tabs on this site are the main reason I visit. And hell, even now, it's still the -best- tab section of any site, -anywhere-. So keep up the good work, regardless. Thanks, yet again! |

| Re: Another tab issue... Not having been aware of the problem until recently (...5...6...7 seconds ago...), i impose we change the tabs section into "a-text-only" section. It sure would make it easier to read; when placed in threads, they're a nightmare. Actually, money could be saved if you place them all on a free server (Geocities, angelfire, etc) or it could be that i forgot to take my medication again. (13...14....15....16....) |

| Re: Another tab issue... Before anyone moves to Angelfire, you'll need to look at the kind of advertising you'll get. I run an amateur site, so I use Angelfire, and you'll need to decide if that's worth the annoyance. For me, it is, because I don't want to pay and with my lack of programming skill, I don't need anything that complicated--but I think you'll want to look first before you start using that service. That's not a pro or con recommendation--just saying you should check it out first and decide based on your programming and other needs.
