Re: If your house was on fire, what would you save?

Out of all honesty - my pillow. Then my family. Then my worthless retarded thing my parents call a cat. If all else failed, I would then rush into my room, grab my CD collection and climb out on the roof... and wait for the story to make the news

There is always the remote chance that that could be the source of your fire..

I would grab as much vinyl as I could. And then the Yamaha Eterna I mentioned on the first page.

I'd definitely save my Les Paul. If I survived and that didn't then I would go insane and you'd either find me dead or in an asylum.

Not a chance...

It's the source of my madness.

And yes, I'm serious.

Re: If your house was on fire, what would you save?

Quoted from the "Since I'm New here, Who PLays Guitar?" Thread...

The first autograph I got on the axe was Dave Gilmour, during the pulse tour. I knew I had only one shot so I "exploited" a few connections that I had in Chicago. I know I joke around about my old band "The Blind Ducks" but we were well enough known (locally) that I still have a few "friends in the business". I made arrangements with PF management so I could meet Dave and get him to sign my guitar. I spent all of 5 minutes with him, very nice guy.

The rest, well I'm just spoiled....or married well take your pick (I think both). My wife works for a major Ski and Summer resort here in Salt Lake. I won't say which one but suffice it to say there are some "frosty foul" about the place.... She is the Senior Event Manager in the Entertainment and Special Events Department. Her biggest event during the summer is a three day "Jazz and Blues Festival". She's the boss, She's in charge.

Short story, I always get an all access pass. Backstage, Green room, you name it, I'm there. I earn my keep though, I am a photographer (among other things) so I always shoot the shows for them, I also help her select the talent for the upcoming years shows (she seems to trust my judgement for some reason). So, since I'm ususally in the greenroom anyway, I always bring the guitar and collect a few more autographs.....

Just a note to really push you over the edge Byron, when I got Elvins autograph, he refused to sign it...unless I played with him for a while... We jammed for almost 45 minutes.....

And I'd guess......"Fooled around and Fell in Love" is too obvious....

Calling all Cows???
Stealing Watermellons??
Goin' Fishin"???
or my personal Fave.....

Travlin' Shoes.
