Dave's kids

I don't really approve of nose poking into the private lives of famous peoples kids, however I will just this once!

The reason I highlight that particular section is because I believe Gilmours father was a genticist or some sort of science guy, so maybe it is a Gilmour family trait. I am not sufficiently knowledgeable about Gilmours background to know what daddy G did for a living, or if the boy David was interested in that sorta thing himself.



Anyway the 2nd Mrs G is pretty attractive (as was the 1st), though old Gimour looks like he could be her dad. And Nicky Mason you sly old dog! Aye its the least talented ones you've got to watch!

Polly Samson, before she met and fell in love with multi millionaire Dave Gilmour, used to be married to a guy called Heathcote Williams (a British poet, playwright and actor) who appeared in a 1987 film called Wish You Were Here!

Ok not a remarkable coicidence, but worthy of a wee mention I think.

I'm (re-) reading Inside Out at the moment and it states that David studied modern languages at Cambridge Tech. This possibly explains his uncanny ability to speak to the crowd in their homeland's tongue throughout the 87-94 tours. But perhaps the "science" gene skipped a generation.

None of the Rock Stars kids would be a worker or house cleaner. They all have doors opened to whatever they want.

I wonder what would have happened to Charlie if he hadn't been DG's son...

They have a golden life but there's another side of the coin : being photographed wherever they go...
Unless they are not bugged by that, being discret like DG is the best attitude.
