In the grand scheme of things we are just hunks of matter. We live we die and thats it. Every now and then one of us will make some sort of slight difference, may that be social, political, technological, whatever but in a few hundred years that won't even matter. However to our immediate friends and family we are everything, we can change lives, save lives etc and it will be monumental to that one being. Even if we are just biological creatures our beliefs and faith still matter, our feelings are important. Animals also feel, ever seen images of baby animals who've just lost a mother, its one of the sadest images you will ever see the only thing that makes us different is our level of intelligence. thats my two cents cheers

Some say we are the hairless apes, and sometimes, i tend to believe them. I guess I believe in evolution, but I also believe in some what of a higher power. By no means am I a religious freak or any sort of atheist, but I believe in a combination of chance and fate. If you think about it, there was no 'reason' for life to begin at all. If you look at the make-up of water, without which life on this planet could not exist, it could not have devoloped without the exact angle of it's chemical bonds and it's exact make-up and so on and so forth...so what caused it to have that exact formula and spawn life as we know it, to which it has evolved in present moment? Who knows. I find it hard to believe that just at random atoms decided to spawn the breath of life, but who really knows. As far as humans go, I've heard that we have no instinct, and I don't find this to be necessarily true, that is, I don't find it to be absolutely false. We make conscious decisions (destiny is whole other issue to argue) and we do think. Internal dialogue, I think, is astounding. Communication in all forms, as amazing as it is to me, is only slightly less primitive than it was however many eons ago. We are a proverbial speck in the road that is life. Instincts in humans, I don't know. If any exist, I'd think they would be emotional as the most affecting of our behavior. Ah well.

Anything is possible. Think about The Matrix... My blue could be your green and vice versa... Ok, I have slight color blindness, but maybe it's all the rest 4 billion people in the world who see things wrongly and I see things the in the right way. No one knows, but hell I most certainly don't want to know. People always tell me that they would like to see how I see because of this already infamous (heh) color blindness of mine. I'll leave the thinking to you guys, meanwhile I'll relax and enjoy life, my way, with my vision of life, with my thoughts. That felt good...

Well Gerald...The IQ test is based on your ability to figure things out...Intelligence can be aquired in what ways...how about hereditary? Now, an infant does not have knowledge of many common studies, or pretty much anything...But, and infant has the ability to figure things out...How a toy works, how to cry, how to eat....So this ability is something we are all born with...Animals, have the same ability...just on a different level. So, this leads back to that this ability to figure things out (IQ) probably has a lot to do with genetics... Now Gerald..haven't had my coffee yet this morning, and you lost me a little...here's a couple notes I thought you might find interesting... What if you are already dead...and right now you are going through flashbacks of your life? Everything that you touch, see, taste, and feel is made of matter. Every aspect of matter can be broken down...untill get you get to the basic components...electrons, neutrons...etc..Here's an example for you .... This line represents a human, and what they are physically made up of... ______________________________________________ Now if you break down the body, to basic organs an tissues...you might have this... _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Bread tissues and organs down...then this _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ break down further... _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ What I am showing you is that eventually, you will have nothing here, if you keep breaking down...so what are we made up of..gas, neutrons...were starting to look like this Gerald... . . . . Just remember Gerald, the average human uses only 1/10 th of their brain...imagine what you could do with the rest....

I saw some really weird programme that pretty much tried to answer everything. They were talking about other dimensions. How and where gravity domes from. Other universies Strange stuff. The main thing was about "strands". These strands are not matter, and are not in any of the 11 dimensions they believe there are. When these strands touch it creates matter in the physical dimensions. They beleive the big bang happened when some of these strands crossed. They also had the idea that gravity is from another dimension. Cant add more to this because i barely understood any of the words they said. Then there was a scientist that said if you could control these strands you could create your own universe. It would not take up any room because it makes its own space. And then they said something about infinite dimensions. Hope they repeat it, really odd stuff. I like!
