| i played in guitarmageddon this last year. made it to store finals, and this dude who was a santana wannabe (dressed like him, talked likehim, was mexican) beat us all. i didn't htink he was that great, i think the judges juts didn't wanto to be racist |

| Personally, i never liked those guys who plays the guitar very fast. I don't care how skilled te guy is. To me the best guitar players is the ones who plays with the heart. 1)David Gilmour ( He transformed rock and roll in art) 2)Eric Clapton (just love his songs, his solos...The most beautiful song ever: Tears in Heaven) 3)Mark Knopfler (Brothers in Arms) 4)Jimmy hendrix ( why fourth? Because i think he lacks harmony. I don't care if he plays with his teeth or with his lips. He didn't perfomed a music that sticked with me...) 5)Gary Moore ( I still got the blues) |

| #1 = Eric Johnson. Watch this guy. I swear, there's gotta be nothing he can't do, and he plays everything so much cleaner than satriani. He plays in almost any style perfectly, and I want to find someone that amazes me more than him. If there is one, I'll be surprised. |
