The backwards poem...

One bright day in the middle of the night
Two dead boys got up to fight
back to back they faced eachother
drew their swords and shot eachother
a deaf policeman heard the noise
came and shot the two dead boys
if you don't believe this lie is true
ask the blind man
he saw too.

Got a bit of early David Bowie about it. Bewlay Brothers, that sort of thing.

Cheers,

There's also a poem with a similar idea which goes something like:

One fine day in the middle of the night
I was walking down a straight crooked lane
I saw a dead dog dying
I picked up a stone which i couldnt lift
And I hit him between the eyes but I missed him.

Know several of those, try this one

One fine October morning
In Septemer last July,
The moon lay thick upon the grond
The snow shone in the sky,
The flowers were singing gaily,
The brids were in full bloom,
i went down to the cellar
To sweep the upstairs room

bad one i know but hey
cheers
