I think we may be confusing "birthday" and birthdate."

If they shared the same birthday, they'd be the same age, but in this case FloydianGP's birthdate is the same as Richard Wright's.

I make the comparison, rather than conversely, in this way because I assume Rick is older than FloydianGP, and thus had his birthday before FloydianGP's.

Confused? You will be.

Wow, we're very politically correct Floydians.

Anyway, happy belated birthday to Mr. Wright, of course.

We're anything but, mate.

Under no circumstances call me an AFRICAN-American, thank you. I've never even been to Africa.

I'm just a tad touchy about my English (which some here will claim is still bad - shut it, Cheesus!); it's the only one I really know well, so I like to use it as best I can.

I prefer not to call you African-American, African-Anglican, Black, Brown, Negro, A man of Color, etc....

I just like to call you friend....

Never been called African-Anglican, nor a Man of Colour, but Friend is best, I think.

NNJ: Perhaps you're right. D'Oh!

A few days late here but:
HAPPY 59th BIRTHDAY to Rick Wright!
July 28th 2004

BTW his name makes a good tongue twister, five times as fast as you can.
