| Worst Song Ever What do you think the worst song ever is? It can be by any band in the history of music. Mine is The Middle by Jimmy Eat World

| Re: Worst Song Ever Are you serious!! That question is impossible to answer, I mean there's just such a mountain of utter crap and drivel out there - life's too short! However The list is, quite literally, endless............. |

| Re: Worst Song Ever I agree completely with Dr Cheese, there's so many crap around that's impossible to say just one (as it would be impossible to elect the 'best song ever'). The first thing i recall is Who let the dogs out, or an italian thing by Backstreeet Boys, 'Non puoi lasciarmi cosė' or something like that

| Re: Worst Song Ever "Safety Dance" comes to mind as one bad song. There are countless more, of course. While we're at it, I don't get why stuff from Zee--Identity never made the radio, and garbage like "Safety Dance" DOES...

| Re: Worst Song Ever As Dr Cheese wisely stated, too much crap around the "music" world to say just ONE. The list would be almost endless.

| Re: Worst Song Ever Afroman's 'Cause I Got High is fairly dreadful as well, but again, reams and reams of musical poo precedes even that.

| Re: Worst Song Ever I agree that there is a lot of crap out there , but this one is easy for me. Seasons in the Sun : Terry Jacks : 1973 Cliched enough to make you cry.... Stupid enought to make you wonder..... Sappy enough to make you puke...... ![]()

While not a musical masterpeice, I find it very catchy and funny. Its biggest flaw is being overplayed in such a short period of time. And, eh, how about Macerana, or Rico Suave.

| Re: Worst Song Ever in the vast and boundless road of music i don't dig, there are few specs of music i do dig. call me close-minded, call me picky. i just can't justify this thread with an answer...aside from claiming i won't answer. |

| Re: Worst Song Ever True, this is tough because there is an ocean of crappy music out there. I think most anything by Barry Manilow would be a contender. ("Feelings" comes to mind..."I write the Songs"...etc.) BTW, a semi-related sidebar: My concept of "hell" is being locked in a room forever having to listen to Mariah Carey sing. ![]()
