Hey who are the site .. er .. founders here

Not sure what you guys call them ... the guys who came up with the concept and got the boards up and running. Enquiring minds need to know

On another note, not sure if it's just me ... but are the smilies over to the left there changing from time to time ... new about the boards so it may not be happening.

I'm off to bed after another day wasted surfing the net...

Well, right now he's having problems with his Internet connection, so until he gets his DSL line hooked up, he's not around too frequently.

Hopefully he'll be back sometime.

Oops forgot to mention reasoning, there's quite a few turkeys out there using posting bots etc. Like to give sites which l want to stick around on the IP addresses so they can keep a watch full eye out.

Nothing worst than logging into a site you like, and some idiot has hammered it over night ... a number of sites have gone down due to these sorts of people.

Spetnik at chitchatforums.com is keeping a list of em for everyone, (he doesn't know it yet but he is)

Well, I can't think of any problems we've had with posting bots at this point, but I am sure Mr. Dallagnol will appreciate the heads-up, and decide what he wants to do with the information.

Indeed, thanks for the heads up. We log all of the IP's, we just don't show them to regular users (that is, non admin and non moderators) to keep your privacy.

As FW said, I'm not around that frequently nowadays, but as soon as I get my DSL line up again - and it may take a while, things will be kinda slow. I just ordered a modem that should arrive in about a week, for at least a slow but working dial up connection to the Internet.
