Any Info??

Can anyone give me some info on an album titled "Steelbreeze" ?
I have the chance to buy it but nobody seems to have heard of it!! Is it really THAT rare or is it a con??
It contains a lot of out-takes and a number of Barrett songs, again out-takes.
When was it pressed? Does anyone have a clue?
I am no expert on Pink Floyd, and was buying it for a friend who is a Barrett freak. It costs about £13...not a lot I know but why does nobody I ask seem to know anything about it?
I found this site in the hope that all you experts on the Floyd may be able to help me!!!

first of all: welcome

I'm not sure about it, but it's probably a compilation of less known works and songs that were never recorded on official albums (such as singles, b-sides, previously unreleased tracks, etc...). There are buttloads of anthologies of such early floyd stuff (Masters of Rock, Works, Relics, Rhapsody in Pink, etc...)
Here's a list of typical songs you find in compilations of that kind:

so, if your friend is a real Barrett fan he probably already knows all this stuff, check it and pay attention
Maybe you better buy him the last Barrett solo compilation (Wouldn't you miss me - the best of Syd B), if he got all solo albums (just guessing) he probably avoided the anthology (still just guessing), but in the anthology there's a previously unreleased track: Bob Dylan Blues...
