Pink Floyd...The Best?

Is Pink Floyd REALLY the best band ever ?

if you think yes (not the band), then put yes (not the band). If the band you think is the best isn't up there then put no.

Re: Pink Floyd...The Best?

Pink Floyd, even though they are mind-numbingly awesome, is not the best band ever.

It's all opinions, of course, but I think they snuggle right along with Radiohead, the Beatles and David Bowie - my favorite bands, of course.

Re: Pink Floyd...The Best?

I don't know how anyone can say that Radiohead is up there with Pink Floyd. As much as I love Radiohead's first 3 albums, how can you think os highly of the stuff they are doing now?

Re: Pink Floyd...The Best?

The question is bollocks, there's no such thing as "The Best Band Ever".

Re: Pink Floyd...The Best?

Well you're obviously right, Cheese, but I think it's more like asking "is PF your favourite band ever?". We are not stupid journalists (or, even worse, critics) after all.

Re: Pink Floyd...The Best?

I answered "yes", because I think that Pink Floyd is the best band ever.
Not that I can prove that...
