DSOT DVD Release and other questions

Hi everybody!

I got some questions about the Delicate Sound Of Thunder Video/CD:

1)Will DSOT be released on DVD in the near future?I just got the video and it's quality is getting lower and lower....

2)On the Video of DSOT there are some more songs than on the CD such as Signs of life,On the run,The great gig in the sky or One slip.Why didn't they put those songs on the CD?(Not to mention Welcome to the machine).
Can I get those songs in good quality somewhere?

1) PULSE, DSOT, and Live At Pompeii are all reportedly in the works for DVD release. No idea when we'll see them though. Could be next year, but don't quote me on that.
2) Search me. Perhaps so that the album would fit into the 3xVinyl and 2xTape formats. Maybe they just thought they were superfluous to the studio versions.
