Yeah, nice av, Shane. Thot it was Mae West at first....

I think Ik was the one who lined up John with Yoko on that blind date....

eh, i had nothing to do with that disaster. John was quite drunk and I told him it was a bad idea....he always had a weird thing for Asian chicks...

and once again, the av-chick is Avril Lavigne.

Isn't she Canadian? Can't say I like her debut song. Sounds whiney to me. I'm just waiting for the Alanis Morrisette comparisons in music reviews.

Complicated,

Sounds whiney, looks whiney, sings whiney. It's probably whiney.

Re: Favorite Beatle

It seems like around here [where I live] people don't like ringo starr, and i'm not sure why. Anyone have any idea?

Oh yeah, and what do you guys think of the white album?

Re: Favorite Beatle

I think the White Album is pretty good. But, I also think that Sgt. Pepper's holds together better as an album.

The White Albums has some very nice tracks... however, there are dodgy ones like Honey Pie (too Paul) , Revolution 1 (I prefer the single version a lot better)... and those are the only ones I can think about right now. The rest of album is very good....

Then again, Sgt. Pepper's has no bad songs on it, in my opinion.

Just my 2 cents.

Re: Favorite Beatle

It was cursed with too much garbage. Could have been a very good album, if not for being a double LP.

It's a true story.

See also 'The Wall' by Pink Floyd.

Re: Favorite Beatle

yeah, she's Canadian.

I dig Sgt. Pepper's, Abbey Road, Rubber Soul, and Revolver by the Beatles...I really can't be bothered with the rest. And the White Album did drag on at parts, though it does have some good songs, likewise with the Wall.
