| Re: Syd Barrett's guitar It looks to me like a Fender Esquire which is alot line a telecaster. Syd also uses a Danalectro on the same Dvd when he is playin the slide with the Zippo lighter. Both The Dano and the Tele were also favorites of Jimmy Page of the Yardbirds and early Zeppelin before he switched to the Les Paul. From what I've heard on all of Led Zep I Page used the old tele he was using during his Yardbirds days
