Question best world sales...

Hi everybody!

We all know that DSOTM is the 4th world best sale for an album ...
Does someone know which are the 3 albums before Dark Side? And, I'm also interested by the top 10...

Thanks...

Re: best world sales...

I have "1000 Greatest Albums" book. (Published in 1998)

1: Beatles - Revolver
2:Beatles - White Album
3:Beatles - Abbey Road

I don't think this is judged on sales rank though so don't listen to me!

I believe the top three are Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack, Thriller, and Rumours.

Re: best world sales...

which one one should I believe? what_rog_wants and GeddyJunior2 or Dr Cheese... I guess, it's the first one (thriller, saturday night, and rumours...).

I knew that thriller was one of the best sales... but I'm syill disappointed that Michael Jackson did better than Pink Floyd!

thanks...

Re: best world sales...

I too have seen Dr Cheese's top 3 written down somewhere, so believe him.

Micheal Jackson selling albums is fanny propogated by the record company. Nobody should believe rumours. The Saturday night fever thing is patantly ridiculous- have you seen this film???

Well krafted,

Mark

Re: best world sales...

For what I know DSOTM is 3rd, behind Thriller and that unmentionable bulk of utter crap by an ignoble bubblegum band.

Peter, forgive 'em, fake decomposed hippies.
