Hi Thorin, I dont know why,I guess is to get lot's of different sounds,That Drummer Richard Baxter has 5 drum kit's here is the links to all the drum kit's http://www.richardbaxterdrums.com/ne...s?idPage=drums

One thing i know is that i got his CD at Tower Records and i like it a lot.you can hear 2 MP3's from the Cd on his website

I heard about this guy who has a drumset so large that he has to have hydraulic pumps just to use the hi-hat, because the hi-hat is 20 feet away.

Not the drum kit Driven but his Cd,"Baxter's Drum World"(Have you heard his 2 MP3's)I dont care about the drum kit, this Drummer Dude Richard Baxter has 5 drum kit's,
