I never seem to get sick of listening to Dark Side of the Moon, but Wish You Were Here, is probably right behind that. But there is one cd that I luv, and probably very few ppl like, and it is A Perfect Circles Mer De Noms, for some odd reason I can't stop listening to it. But I would have to go with Dark Side Of the Moon.

I believe that Perfect Circle is an offshoot of the hard metal band, Tool and that the main bandleader wrote it as a loving tribute to his wife.

They may still be together.

Regards,

The Chancellor

I listen to other music all the time but I've Dark Side so many times I have no desire to hear it again. Not for a long time anyway.

First, APC owns,<sorry thorin, had to say it>. TooL was always one of my fave bands and APC is just another awesome extension of it in my opinion. Can't wait to hear them with Twiggy<more correctly Jeordie White>.

Anyway, for a Pink Floyd album: The Wall

Non-Floyd Album: TooL's Lateralus. I know alot of people like Aenima , Undertow , or Opiate more, but in my opinion, Lateralus is the best work that I have heard them do, not saying that the other discs don't rock, they rule, but their most recent is just a step above any of the music they've ever produced, which, in my opinion, is saying alot.

Dark Side, no question.

Ok Computer is my pick for non-Floyd, though.

The Wall....definately...because, well, I can relate to it, and listening to Roger for the rest of my life would be fantastic....

DSOTM is a great album, but I know it so well that I don't have to listen to it, it's engraved in my head.

Re: If you could only listen to ONE ALBUM the rest of your life, what would it be?

From PF, I'd say WYWH, because it's just my favourite album. And SOYCD is the best song ever.
But, if I could only listen to one album, it would be Bob Marley - Legend. It isn't my favourite album, but the sound is useful in every situation of everyday-life. You can listen to this album when you are happy, you're feelin' bad, you are nervous, you are alone, at a party etc. That's very important I think. I can't listen to The Wall when I'm feeling bad for example.
