Childhood's End

Does anybody here have the extremely rare "Childhood's End" RoIO? It contains one of the very few live performances of childhood's end.

Hey CatCruise! Yeah I've got the Childhoods End RoIO. It's a far cry from having great sound quality but it is nice to hear Childhoods End live!!! Not just once, but 3 times! The cd says the complete show (including the first Childhoods End) was recorded on March 7, 1973 in Chicago. And the two bonus tracks (disc two songs 12 and 13) are also Childhoods End but track 12 was recorded on March 6, 1973 in St. Louis and track 13 was recorded on March 8 1973 in Cincinnatti. It would have been a killer show to have seen. Echoes, Childhoods End, One of These Days, Careful With That Axe, Obscured, and a complete Dark Side!! I take it you don't have it?

it's a far cry from great quality? In the database, they said that the quality was quite good... Except for one person who posted and said that it's bad.

It's a CD-R, so my best guess is that someone copied it with low quality music. Or maybe it actually is bad quality, and they somehow confused it with something else?

Compared to some of the other RoIO's from 1973 it isn't great. But there are worse ones out there. I tend to only listen to it to hear Childhoods End. Which I'm pretty sure most people do. You can find better recordings of Dark Side, Echoes, etc. on other RoIO's. I still would recomend it. But only for Childhoods End. That's just my opinion.
