well, though the question is unrealistic as it is, I figure why not go the full nine yards...I would have The Who (ca. 1971) opening for Pink Floyd (ca. 1973).

How about PF with.... Manic Street Preachers! The Manics are still going and their songs have a lot in common. Death, socialism, wierd kinds of love.... that kind of thing. I'm sure Rog would get on splendidly with them because they're Socialists too!

Then I could see my fav bands together with one ticket!

Yup. And they're allowed to make sheep jokes.

Now stop going on about Wales!

Hey, I've just had a thought. What if they went on tour with.... The Spice Girls!!!! That would be funny.

I'd really laugh if Westlife approached good old Dave and asked: 'Please could you tour with us? We have very little cred so if you joined us that would make us look better. So please? Pretty please?'

I don't think it could happen but it would be freakin' hilarious.

Re: What if Pink Floyd went on tour with...

I'm just chucking ideas into the arena.

A good one would be PF and Jethro Tull. J. Tull supported PF on one of their early tours so it would be returning the favour.

There has to be more than one opinion on this.

Re: What if Pink Floyd went on tour with...

Come on ppl! There's enough ideas here to start a debate! A one sided debate is so dull... unless I talk to myself....

'So, what do you think?'

'I dunno...'
