My band at the time were supporting them at a university in Stoke-on-Trent. Threshers Ball) The audience absolutely HATED us, so we finished our set early got drunk and watched them. My ego has never recovered!!!

I've seen them loads of times over the years and while they're still outstanding today, with the original line-up they were absolutely awesome!

i think i would be kind of scared to meet Syd Barrett and walk away in the other direction. but if i met gilmour i would stop and ask him questions about whats going on in his music career and if he's coming out with anything new anytime soon
