Who hear has read Another Brick in the Wall:the stories behind every pink floyd song?

I'm really not sure weather to get his or not, i get mixed reactions from reviews, so now I am you. I don't want this book for the history of pink floyd. I want it because I love the lyrics that Waters wrote, and I want to know the things behind them, and I wanted to know the meaning of them. Just curious if any1 here has read this, cuz i want some oppinions.

I have seen the book in question - and I wanted to buy it, because it had many rare pics. And the descriptions aren't bad, either.

However, since I haven't read the book in depth, I can't really give you an honest opinion.

There you go,

-Shane

Excellent and I highly recommend it.

Sure if you would like.

You don't have to get the book and if you can hold it in for the rest of your life, you never have to use the can anymore either.

It's up to you man.

Surely you don't believe that an actual can is needed.

It's NOT excellent, by any means. It has a good number of errors and some questionable point, but it IS interesting. You have to read it with a grain of salt.

mad yannis is right. It is full of errors. I have it, find some of it interesting, and possibly true, but when the little things (as well as some big things) are wrong, it puts the whole book in doubt.

Just like any other book of non fiction...you have to chew the meat and spit out the bones.

Overall a great book with some pretty good illustrations. Makes the errors one encounters here and there worth it.

IMO of course.
