No disrespect to Ms Joplin, but am I the only one who thinks she was overrated?

I did like BB & The HC's guitarists Sam Andrew and James Gurley, however.

I never liked Janis Joplin's voice. Her, or Stevie Nicks.

I kind of wish Keith Moon wasn't dead, and John Entwistle, I thought they were cool. Also, George Harrison. I assume Kurt Cobain wanted to be dead, so I won't mention him.

i think i already mentioned it - that is that most of the musicians, actors and artists are more appreciated when they're dead. wouldn't you agree???? i'm not saying that goes for everybody, but for most of them i think it does....

Definately the death of Jeff Buckley makes me sad. He only put out one album, and it was perfect. Just thinking of what he could have been capable of.

I miss John Lennon.I was at the rock 'n' roll hall of fame in Cleveland, Ohio and I saw the most amazing John Lennon exibit. They even had the glasses that he was wearing when he was shot and the clothes that the hospital gave Yoko after he died. They were in a plain brown paper bag.It was absolutely chilling.Everytime I listen to the Beatles or Lennon,I just miss him. I never even knew him,but this world is a lesser place without him.
Honourable mention to John Bonham and Kurt Cobain as well.
I am not the biggest Nirvana fan but I think the world was robbed of alot more great music when he died too.
