But you are able to tolerate the spice Doc? I mean even though it's not as good as the real stuff, it's still quite spicy. Most people can't take it. Even North Indians can't eat the amount of spice we eat!

You forget I'm half Indian! Man, that cusine is something you'll never forget (or get over!). My neighbour (a very brave American if I say so myself) can testify...

Someday, I might even open up a restaurant here in buffalo. That'll make the Indian students lives easier...

I had curried chicken once prepared by a family from india when I was in sweden and I can attest to the fact that actual indian food prepared by the people of india will burn the roof right out of your mouth!!
