Waters most definetly. I noticed a few holes in there though...didn't have john paul jones, les claypool or that guy from foghat (he's good) or the late cliff burton. he was probably the best bassist ever back in the day, but, y'know...shit happens

(Points to the truckload of bootlegs with Roger tearing it up from 1972-1977)

I think he's a good bassplayer also, i think he does a great job on ITF. Or was that sneaky Snowy white backstage?

If you listen to a Floyd song and decide you think the Bass is "great", most likely it ain't Roger Waters playing it....

I've recently been discovering how good Levin is too. He's good with Peter Gabriel, but doesn't really tear it up. Listen to Liquid Tension Experiment (a side band he's in), and you'll see (or hear, rather) what I'm talking about.

But I maintain my vote for Enwistle. He cannot be beaten.

I've been getting into a lot of DT of late and I do believe you have a point there

How about the bassist from Porcupine Tree anyone?

Yes, John Myung certainly rocks.

Colin Edwin (PT's bassist), I believe, is greatly underrated though. He really does some fine work.
