After watching the cartoon show 'King of the Hill' I would like to know whether Texans do prefer the clean taste of propane when they're barbecue-ing?

With the added advantage that it burns very, very hot. The difference between a steak cooked over gas and one over mesquite is amazing, particularly when done by someone who knows what they're doing.
